Important Notes:
This travel insurance policy covers applicants who are residents of Israel only! It does not cover any applicants who do not have both Bituach Leumi and Kupat Cholim. If you have both Bituach Leumi and Kupat Cholim but do not have an Israeli ID number, enter your passport number when the system asks for your Israeli ID number.
Once you make the policy, you must pick up the credit card before leaving Israel (either in Terminal 3 Gate D, or in Terminal 1 in between gates 37 and 38). If you need medical treatment abroad, you call a toll free 24/7 number or use the smart phone app to put money on the card.
