To receive free towing or roadside assistance you will need to call the towing company with which your car is registered and give them the license plate number of your vehicle. Our office works with a number of towing companies. Please call the company listed on the documentation that we sent with your policy (search your inbox by your car number).
If you cannot find the documentation, here is a list of all the towing companies our office works with. Call each one and give them your license plate number. If necessary, request that they place your car in overnight storage until it can be towed to your garage at the earliest opportunity.
