Burst pipe in home

If you have a burst pipe, there are three possible options of coverage and you will have to proceed according to the option of coverage that you have on your policy.

1) Coverage with a private plumber
If you chose coverage for a private plumber, then you may call the plumber of your choice to perform first aid service only. Leave everything open and save all the materials. Then call our office during office hours to open a claim.

2) Coverage with a service company

If your home policy began before September 3rd, 2017 and you did not choose coverage with a private plumber, then your coverage is with a service company. The service company is listed on your policy. If you cannot find it, call the following service companies:

3) Coverage with plumbers contracted with the insurance company.

If your home policy began from September 3rd, 2017 and you did not chose coverage with a private plumber, then your coverage is with plumbers that are contracted with the insurance company and you need to call the insurance company’s service center.
